When we set out to build the POWER Marketing Internship Program, we didn’t want it to be another checkbox on a student’s resume. We wanted to offer something that would give real-world, hands-on experience across all areas of digital marketing while helping young professionals identify their strengths, build confidence, and sharpen their skills.
Hands-On Experience Matters
The truth is, marketing isn’t something you can learn solely in a lecture hall. Textbooks don’t teach real client dynamics, how to pivot mid-campaign, or what it’s like to work on a fast-moving creative team.
That’s why we designed our internship program around real-world execution. Interns at POWER do more than just shadow or get coffee, they contribute. They’re in meetings, building content, conducting market research, managing deliverables, and more.
The Value for Interns:
Gain meaningful experience across multiple service lines.
Work with actual client accounts.
Build a portfolio of real work that drives measurable results.
The Value for the Agency:
Fresh perspectives and creative input from up-and-coming marketers.
A reliable pipeline for future hiring.
Opportunity to identify high-potential talent early.
POWERful Tip: A successful internship program should prioritize impact—for the intern and the organization. Give real responsibility, not busywork.
Inside the POWER Marketing Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is designed for hard working, curious, and driven students looking to dive deep into the world of digital marketing.
Selected interns work directly with our leadership team and full-time staff across a variety of marketing functions, gaining practical skills that go far beyond classroom learning.

Interns Gain Experience In:
Social Media Marketing: Creating content calendars, writing captions, tracking engagement, and scheduling across platforms.
Paid Ads: Assisting in building, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta and Google.
Blog Writing & SEO: Writing blogs and website content aligned with client goals, backed by SEO best practices.
Email Marketing: Drafting and optimizing campaign flows, newsletters, and performance reports.
Client Management: Participating in meetings, building presentations, and conducting research to support campaigns.
Podcasting: Supporting the planning, production, editing and promotion of client podcasts, including developing episode concepts, writing show notes, and managing post-production assets.
By the end of the program, interns have:
A diverse portfolio of marketing work.
A clear sense of what area of marketing they enjoy and excel in.
A foundation for long-term growth in the digital marketing field.
What Our Interns Are Saying

The true measure of success in any program is the experience it creates. Here’s what a few of our 2024 interns had to say about their time at POWER:
"I am immensely grateful to POWER Marketing Company and the entire team for welcoming me and providing a platform to learn, grow, and contribute. I had the opportunity to immerse myself in podcast development, content creation, and customer relationship management, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights that have truly shaped my professional journey."
– Jake Louis, 2024 Summer Intern
"I had the chance to work on diverse projects, including market research projects, client deep dives, demographic analyses, and even built out an affiliate marketing program. I want to thank the entire POWER team for their guidance and mentorship throughout this journey."
– Ayza Sayany, 2024 Summer Intern
"I am very grateful for the valuable insights and hands-on experience I gained. From developing target demographics and advertising strategies for diverse clients to crafting organic social media content and launching successful ad campaigns, this internship has been beneficial in enhancing my skills in the marketing field."
– Erica Seckar, 2024 Summer Intern
A Win-Win for Interns and the Agency
Internship programs are only as strong as the structure behind them. What makes the POWER internship model successful is our commitment to real contribution, clear expectations, and ongoing mentorship.

Here’s What Sets POWER’s Program Apart:
Hands-On Learning: Interns are not spectators—they’re part of the execution.
Leadership Access: Interns collaborate with senior leadership, gaining mentorship and direct feedback.
Flexible & Remote: All roles are fully remote and designed for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Growth-Focused: We encourage interns to explore all service areas, then specialize in the ones they gravitate toward.
Career Pathways: Many interns are invited back for part-time roles or transition into full-time positions post-graduation.
POWERful Tip: Want to retain top intern talent? Treat interns like future employees. Give them the tools to succeed, and the runway to grow.
